Missed Appointment/ Less than 24 hour Cancellation Policy:
Each client receives a text confirmation at the time of booking an appointment. A 24 hour reminder will be sent to that same phone number. Effective June 1, 2025 We will start honoring a “day of” cancellation request of $25 as a courtesy to the esthetician that was counting on that service. We appreciate your respect and understanding.
